Hello guys,

 

According to Klarna doc. here is the explonation of the Error code: https://www.screencast.com/t/U4JknG6yx

Upon the step, where customer enters their Personal number (11 digits) Klarna returns this error code.

But adress Information is Filled in in the Order information step correctly.

Adress, Country. City and Postal code is filled.

Then why Klarna can throw the error?

Maybe you should ask Klarna why they throw this error.

ok, got this email from Klarna: https://www.screencast.com/t/XuEmxZ7cs

It turns out Customer.Firstname AND Customer.Lastname are mandatory.

if you just use Customer.Name this is not enough.

Means that if someone is using Klarna payment gateway, they should fill in both.
