There used to be a method for resetting the group tree after importing product groups through a pipeline. It used to be Dynamicweb.eCommerce.Common.Application.KillGroupTree().
This method is now gone.
If the KillGroupTree has gone after being out in a release, it's an error, as we never remove API functions.
However - the KillGroupTree function is no longer needed, as there has been perfomance enhancements in eCom and we no longer store the GroupTree in the Application.
