How to keep old URLs or redirect from old URLs

I have made a new website layer for a webshop, but with a different structure and template. Is it possible to redirect from all the old products urls to the new product page? I'm thinking about some kind of 301 redirects.
How and where do i define what urls that should go to where?

I don't think you can do this out of the box with Dyanmicwen Web.
I think your best shot is user the IIS URL rewrite module and use some clever rules to catch all urls.

You should be able to look up all pages on the old language/area , match with new pages and add them to directurl module table?
