How to create application in IIS in VIA

How can you create an application in IIS to run in the same directory as VIA. It must serve ex. .asmx files?




 




Have tried to create but gets this error.




 




Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.







Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'HttpHandlers' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (C:\Synkron\Sites\MilestoneWeb\web.config line 22)
