Take a look at the installation guide. It has a chapter regarding security

I have taken a look at the installation guide. The chapter you are refering to is A.1.2 IIS6 (Windows 2003 Server). It indeed discusses the security on the webserver.

However, after I have applied the settings (the ASPNET and IUSR_MACHINE accounts were missing), nothing has changed. Recycling the Application Pool did not resolve this either.

I still get Access denied messages.

Please note: if I choose Filepublishing in stead of v2 in the paragraph, I get a proper file listing on the page.

Well - v2 has never been released... So it does not work.
