Error installing last stable version 19.2.9.9

Hello,

 

I was trying to install a new solution using the version 19.2.9.9 with the available SQL empty data and Files folder, and with the application pool set with Classic Managed Pipeline Mode. The usual I use on other versions.

 

Is this a known error, or result of a bad procedure?

 

If I change to Integrated Managed Pipeline Mode, the problem is weird characters as the picture.

Hi Diogo,

 

Maybe your issue is related to not having unblocked the downloaded files. Check Chapter 1 in the new Dynamicweb eCommerce book (http://developer.dynamicweb-cms.com/Admin/Public/DWSDownload.aspx?File=%2fFiles%2fFiler%2fDownloads%2feCommerceBook%2fChapters%2fDynamicweb+eCommerce+Ch01+-+Introducing+Dynamicweb+eCommerce+8.pdf), especially paragraph 1.2.2 and figure 1-1.

I realize that the book is written for DW8, but that paragraph is relevant for all versions of the application.

Hello,

 

I've done that, and it didn't work.

Doing some tests, it seems that if I use Dynamicweb.Admin.dll from 19.2.8.3 keeping all others on 19.2.9.9 doesn´t show the error (only an expected nice blue page "not found"), but gets version conflicts, seen on backoffice.

 

Installing version 19.2.8.3 the same way, the error does not occur. The problem is only with this version.
