You can do it easily if you're using the new user.
First, let me describe how to enable it. Open Tools -> Control panel -> Editing, and select the "New" under the "User interface". After that make sure that the new eCommerce user interface is also enabled. Go to Management Center -> Editing -> Interface settings and select "eCommerce 7" under the "User interface".Editor rights might be not sufficient to perform these operations so make sure you're logged in as an administrator.
Now, when the new user interface is enabled to go eCommerce and select "All products" in the navigation pane on the left (make sure that shop filter is set to "All shops"). Once you clicked "All products" you will see a list of all products registered within your eCommerce solution. Use the search box to find the products you need.
