Forms for editors specific recipient from submitted form value

Hi guys

We have a solution where we would like to sends email notifications to different recipients based on a "Select" list in forms for editors.
A scenario could be, that the user submitting the form, selects  "Option1",  then that notification should be sent to "Recipient1".
If "Option2" is selected, then a notification should be sent to "Recipient2".

Is this possible?

Thanks Nicolai. I missed those threads (lazy me).
But as mentioned in the other threads, the user who knows how to use the inspector tool, can see the email addresses in the code.
And maybe there could be some spam issues with this method?

There might be spam issues - but the antispam feature in forms should take most of it.
