Check through API if voucher is used by email

Hi

I have set the option "Usage per customer" to 1 on an Order Discount. When a user redeems the voucher for that Order Discount, where is this information saved? And is it possible using the API to get this information?

We only save the voucher code on the order and then uses userid (known users) or email (anonymous users) to lookup if the customer already used that voucher.

Makes sense?
