Check if email opened in EmailMarketing

Hi,

I would like to check, if a certain subscriber has ever opened any of the sent emails from the EmailMarketing module.

Are there any methods in the EmailMarketing module for this task or do I have to make a query directly into the database?

Hi Kurt

On the user in the backend, you have a button called email marketing that will give you a list of emails sent to the user and if they opened, bought or clicked stuff.

You can also create a smart search in user management module and query users that have not opened a specific newsletter.

Hi Nicolai,

I've already used the smart search, but I would like to get a list of users, who never have opened any of the newsletters sent to them.

As far as I know, I can only setup a smart search for at specific newsletter, not all newsletters?
