Application pool problem?

Hello everybody,

One of our customer is running DW 8 and we have sometimes problems with the paymente gateway. It looks that the confirmation page takes a long time after the payment  is done. (more than 1 minute). We have observed that if we restart the application pool the problem is solved, but it appears again after some weeks.

Is there any option in DW / apppool that we should take in consideration?

PS: In the same IIS, there is installed other instance of DW8 for a different other customer (and different application pool) and they has not any problem.

Don't know what that could be. You need to either profile the application in the situation, or setup the app pool to recycle once a day during the night.

Hi Juan.

Check  Management Center --> System --> Solution Setting --> Logging and make sure it is disabled. It does lots of I/O and i have (in some versions of dw) discovered that this can lead to a memory leak.
