Alternative to GetUsersBySql

Hi guys,

Is there an alternative to the GetUsersBySql method? I see that it is marked as obsolete.

My project runs on DW 9.15.7.

I was prepared for this, I was trying to avoid creating something like this if DW already had an alternative.
