I can't see a way to do it out of the box, right now.

The problem is how to fill the comboboxes with the right values.

You might be able to do it with some custom code.

Well you can accept only one entry field that automatically searches i either all ecom field and/or selected custom fields it can be done using standard search or advanced search.

But no  intervals possible yet.
