 Vi har problemer med DW’s indbyggede iPaper-funktionalitet på Cembrit.dk
 
Vi har lavet et modul med en administrationsdel hvor det er muligt at kigge en række PDF’er igennem og oprette iPapers af dem der ikke har det i forvejen. Det hele virker fint lige bortset fra den del der laver iPapers. Når vi kører det får vi en fejlside der siger at den ikke kan finde licensen. Mere præcist skriver den:
 
[PDFException: Could not find ABCpdf license. Attempt to insert license failed. Please see Manual Installation section of documentation.]

Vi har prøvet med flere forskellige versioner af ABDpdf-dll’erne, men ingen af dem gør en forskel.

The module has an integrated administration, were it is possible to watch a set of pdf and convert them to iPapers, if not already applied.

Everything works, except the part were the iPaper is made. When run we get an error, telling that the license cannot be found. Error description:

We have tried adding different versions of ABCpdf.dll without luck

Hi Stefan

You will get this error if you do not load a license string in your PDF component. Dynamicweb does this on application startup, if you do custom code using the component you have to do it as well - and you need your own license.

This has worked without problems and it still works without problems on solutions identical. Only changes that I know of, is updating the .net version to 4 and updating a test solution on the same server to DW8.

Hopefully this can give you a clue to why we are having problems.
