Where to see the bounced e-mails?

Hi,

When an e-mail is sent with e-mail marketing to a lot of users and most of the users did get the mail but a few dind't, then the e-mail gets red in the marketing module. How can I see the bounces of the e-mail (the e-mail adresses that dind't get the e-mail)?

When on the email statistics, click the failures button. There you get a list - but it depends on the provider if you can see anything and what. Using the sendgrid gives you that information - using Dynamicweb provider does not.

Hi Nicolai, do you know why the list via the failures button in DW is different from the failures / bounce list in Sendgrid?

Besided that, can we also get some more information about the failure? At this moment we only see 'bounced' or 'blocked'. It would be nice to see the reason of the failure so we can improve the database.
