Quick question ...

I've been asked, but don't know the answer by heart and can't find an exact answer on doc.dynamicweb.com ...

If my license says "Max recipients: 10.000", then what is considered a recipient?

1. Any entry in the access_users table?
2. Any entry in the access_users table of a certain type?
3. Any entry in the access_users table with email permission set to true?
4. A combination of the above?
5. Something completely different?

I normally don't do anything with license related issues, so please educate me ...
