Visual editor - "Loading page please wait...

Hi there,

I have a customer that can't load visual editor, this happens to two out of three administrators on their end.
See loading screen below (loops like this infinately):

I have tried to log in as their users and works fine for me and my colleagues.
Anything I come up with doesn't make sense and doesn't work.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi Benóný

It happens rarely if the js cannot load. I would recommend taking a look at the console of developer tools on the customer machine and see what it says. Can be network blocking things, extensions in their browser or some other external thing that blocks the request.

And do they use a relatively new browser?

One more consideration. We've see the visual editor do this if the site is visted over HTTP rather than HTTPS. If those administrators happened to type in the URL without the 'S', it could also cause this.
