Visit details don't seem to work

Hey,

I've got a problem in a DW 9 solution for one of our customers (pentair.partners). When I go to a user and then click on visits and then request details for one visit I get a blank screen. In the console I see the following log text: visitor details dialog missing url for frame

Not sure what's happening there, but I think there might be a problem. Is there something wrong in our configuration or is this a bug?

Hi all,

The bug is reproduced on test environment based on last DW9.3.9 as well, new TFS 43160 has been submitted, will be fixed on a further 93 hotfix/94release. Thanks for observing.

Hi, 

We updated Pentair on the staging area to 9.4.5. If you check the visits now, you can see the details. But if you click then on another user and go to the visits, then you still see the visit deatils of the first user you clicked on. Is this a known bug?

Hi,

The issue regarding the same visits data shown for different users is reproduced on last DW94 in fact. New TFS 50244 has been created against the bug,will be fixed on further hotfix/release. Thanks.

Hi Manon

The problem regarding #50244 "Visits data shown the same for all users " has now been resolved in Dynamicweb version 9.4.13 and 9.5+

To upgrade please choose this version from download:

http://doc.dynamicweb.com/releases-and-downloads/releases

Thank you. We updated Pentair to a newer version las sprint.

I just tested and it works fine now:).
