UUID: Universally unique identifier ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universally_unique_identifier )

If there is another unique ID generated by DW, like a session ID or a unique use ID (without having to log in) this can do the same job.
The value generated from such a tag is to be used as a unique identifier towards a advertising network. 

I'd like to use a DW-tag like described this way:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ad1.emediate.dk/eas?cu=23927;cre=mu;js=y;target=_blank;<!--@UniqueDW_Identifier-->">

Yes, I know what a UUID is.

Dynamicweb does not have such a tag.

Does DW have a tag for identifying someting like Unix-time or a random value?

The date & timetags do not help me much right now...
Is there a way to use e.g. cookie ID? I belive this ID is unique.
