User cannot create pages on an area

Hello,

The user is able to see all pages an can edit these pages (paragraphs). However, there are no links 'new page' in the tree, so there is no possibility to create new pages.  I checked several permission settings, but now I'm out of options. 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Ton

I guess that the number of allowed pages on the solution, either free, express or light has been exceeded.
