URLs for startpage

Hi,

On a solution with language layers, is it possible to get the URL:s for startpage to be like

domain.com/en-US/

domain.com/sv-SE/

I have played around with the different settings for URLs without success.

I end up with:

domain.com/en-US/Startpage.aspx

domain.com/sv-SE/Startpage.aspx

I think you can set the "Redirect first page to /" on the website settings...?

That actually redirects 

domain.com/en-US/Startpage.aspx

to 

domain.com/

Then you have to do something custom to get that fixed...
