Upload manager uploads never complete

I am working on a version 9.10.4 site and the Upload Manager does not seem to work correctly. If I select multiple files for upload, in this case, multiple copies of the same Powerpoint presentation, the upload stalls until I remove all but one of the files from the queue at which point it completes. Dragging and dropping the same files for upload works without an issue. I have attached a recording that demonstrates the issue. Are there settings that govern the functions of the Upload Manager that would be different than those for drag-and-drop uploads?

Hi Brian,

The issue seems to be reproduced on admin under SSL connection like yours. You can check the admin using regular header to ensure the issue is gone. I've created new DevOps BUG 1540 to fix it in an upcoming DW release. Thanks for observing.

Problem #1540 regarding Upload manager and SSL has been fixed in version 9.10.9
