System e-mail upon move to different User Group

Hi,

For a B2B client that uses DW10/Swift 2 we have the following situation:

- A visitor can request an account through a form, and is automatically added to a User Group called 'Non-Validated Users'. They will only see retail prices and can't order.

- The B2B client (seller) receives an e-mail with the data from the form, and upon validation moves the user to 'Validated Users'. They can now see business prices and can order.

We are trying to figure out how to trigger an e-mail to the user that they have been validated. Is this possible, and if so how would you recommend doing this?

You can create a user smart search looking for users in the validated users group.

In email marketing you can setup a flow that sends emails to users in the search - each user will receive the mail(s) only once.

Hello

We need the same thing, but it's not possible to send to a segment in a Flow.
We are running R0 (10.19.2)

Actually in this case you can just directly on the "validated users" group - no need to run a segment in between - just a brain fart...

Alternatively ou can create a group based on a segment and use that group in the flow.
