Supernatural event of Newsletter V3

Hi,

One of our customer recently report, that they can't unsubscribe people. Even though they have deleted this person, he still can recieve newsletter every week. And I have checked these email addresses, they can not be found in the accessuser table, can not be found in the newsletter V3 module.

I don't have any clue for what happened.

Can anyone help me?

They are sending out with another system maybe?

You have to send the email address and solution name to support. They will look into it.

I have asked them to send me the link they use, and checked the databasen the system uses. I can't find anything to suspect.

Just sent this case to support.
