Standard 404 setup in web.config

Dear Dynamicweb,

 

Is there a reason why the default setup of 404 in web.config from this page: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/get-started/introduction/other/custom-404-error-pages#sideNavTitle1-1 is not done when downloading a brand new Dynamicweb solution?

This has been fixed in bug #9699 - out with 9.15
