Sending newsletter with extranet login username and password to users.
How can we include this in a newsletter?

You cannot.

Passwords are no longer stored as clear text (and if you still do, you need to convert to encrypted asap). For security reasons.

So you can include the username using the merge fields - and you can provide a link to reset password form if users cannot remember their login.
