We ran into this issue a few times already, so I thought I should report it.
Sometimes a developer changes an item in a website and does not click "Ok", but clicks save on the website. DW saves the fields that have a common system name and loses the other ones (obviously).
What would be nice is for DW to trigger a warning when hitting Save or Save & Close if the selected Item is not the loaded item. Not sure if it qualifies as a bug or a feature request.
