Possibility to add links in OMC without /link.ashx

Hi,

We are currently facing that we want to include a track and trace link in e-mails, however, postnord only uses hash (e.g. https://www.postnord.dk/track-trace#dynamicloading=true&shipmentid=12312313).

Now safari does not include # when redirecting, thus all track and trace links does not work on iPhone.

Any suggestions? Is it possible to disable /link on certain a hrefs?

Did you find a solution to this?

There are other URLs for track and trace at PostNord. Have you tried using one of these instead?

https://mobil.postdanmark.dk/track-trace?id=12312313
https://tracking.postnord.com/dk?id=12312313

Another option is to change the link in the email message before it is sent. That would be done by implementing a notification subscriber for EmailNotifications.OnBeforeEmailSend.

Hi Morten,

Thanks for the answer. We actually managed to find a tracking mail in our mail box with a different link that worked, so we could avoid the hash, just like you describe :) Just forgot all about i posted inhere as well.
