Permission denied message is in Danish

Hi,

The message for denied access permission is shown in Danish. Refer to attached image. May I know how do we change this to English?

Same issue was reported in the link below, but the solution given was not working. This issue remains in DW 9.6. Do appreciate if could help us with this. Thanks.
