I moved an application over to a new server. I ensured that the Load User profile setting is True for the application pool. I also ensure that the anonymous user is set to use the application pool identity. This user has NTFS access to the folder structure as well. I am attaching a screenshot of the error. An event viewer error is also returned. What other changes need to be made for this to function?

It could be a loopback issue in DNS. Make sure you can browse the PDF url directly on the server - DNS to 127.0.0.1 or internal ip and that you have a binding on that.

If it is the permissions, try changing the app pool to use local system and see if that fixes the permission issue. Just to verify anyways.

Thanks for the quick response Nicolai. It was a loopback issue.
