Occasional exception in 'Files'

Hello,

This may be tricky to track down but I'll report it in case there is already a fix or if this information is helpful when combined with anyone else's report.

About 6 times now in the last 6 months, we've had a site (about 4 separate sites) with an issue accessing the Files section. We get this Object reference error with the files list.

In each time, there wasn't a known change on the site. Just our customer or someone working in the Files section. And, it's resolved with a recycle of the app pool. So, there is some temporary thing that occurs just sometimes.

Hello,

We had bug 3399 output the same exception in FM after changing of permission model in Settings-CP-User. It has already been fixed on 9.10.13 and up. Nowadays I was not able to catch the exception on my test environment based on last DW9.12.7. So, ensure that admin version on your silution(s) is valid or provide exact scenarion to reproduce it, please. I will create the new bug if somewhen catch the exception by myself surely.

Hi Oleg,

Sure enough, we're on 9.10.12. :) And the other ones earlier this year wouldn't have been on 9.10.13 yet. Glad to know that it's fixed with the next upgrade.
