Not possibe to choose HTML5 fields, in Use Item Field in Item Creator send form settings

why is it not possible to select HTML5 input fields in Item Creator Send form settings?

Appears that I can only select field that are the type "Text"

Well, yes - that might be something to change.

I've added it to the backlog.
