Does anybody know if it is possible to avoid creation of new pages on language layers?

I need to be able to create a new page on the master language without the page beeing created on language layers.

You could use a copy function on master as this will not not copy to slave, but that is perhaps not a very clever resolution.

If the master and slave are not going to be identical you should consider to separating languange layers completely.

The whole point in Master-Slave language layers is to make 1 to 1 copy of all pages.
