Newsletter statistics shows empty data

Hi there,

Sometimes we have no visisble data in links/recipients/engagement when opening a succesfully sent newsletter in the Marketing area.
(in some cases I see an error on screen like "Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value '430266/img/icons/apple-touch-icon.png' to data type int." but I have no idea where it comes from ...)
Sometimes it is correctly filled.
I have no idea why these sections are empty and what I can do about it to fix it ...

Does anyone have an idea when this occurs and/or how to fix it?
Our client actually uses this data ...

PS: in the Dutch view of the pie chart section the word "Browser" is accidently translated to "Brwoser" ...

Hi Peter,

I just fixed the translation issue.

For the original problem: I think this is an old bug in DW where it tries to save the ID of a link but then instead saves the referrer or request (not sure what exactly), Check out the database (I think one of the EmailLink tables) for the faulty data and delete it.

Cheers,

Imar

Here's an old thread with a similar issue that might help... https://doc.dynamicweb.com/forum/cms-standard-features/cms-standard-features/email-marketing-newsletter-failing

Thanks for your response Imar.
I'll look into it and will try to find the corrupt data ...

But shouldn't DW fix this old bug?
Or am I supposed to sort out all data on every mailing the customer does?

Yeah, ideally, yes. Not sure if they were ever able to repro it and fix it...
