Missing Personalization and SMS function

Hi, 

So now and then the personalization and SMS functions are dessapeared in het CMS of Pentair: https://pentair-eu.azurewebsites.net/Admin/Default. 

Then we go to het system and license configuration and put it on in the add-ons. How is it possible that is every few weeks the settings dissapear and with that these functions?

Now I did put the personalization function back on, but I still don't see the SMS function. Where can I set that back on?

I don't know. Never heard an issue like that before... Just checked our update script and see nothing that disables them.
