limit - item as newspage element in free solution

Hi

I am creating a website on a free solution, and would like to use items for events instead of using the newsmodule. Each event will count one item used as a page - just like a traditional newsitem is actually a page, as the whole content differs from item to item, and not only part of the content.

But problem is that free solutions have a limit of 25 pages. So my question is, will item based pages - actually used as traditional newsgroup elements count as pages in the limitation of 25 pages?

If not, how do I avoid hitting the limitation?

Hi Hans

For the time being, they count in the page count.

You can create "Folders" in the tree - they are unpublished pages that can be used for ordering content, amongst them i.e. news items. Folders do not count in the page count. This is a 8.5 feature.

On these folders, you can create the news items as paragraphs.
