Item creator checkboxes is not working

Hi.

in ItemCreator is it not possible to check "Send a recipient via e-mail" and "send the form over mail" checkboxes and save the choice.
The check is simply removed on save.

The error is present in both 9.3.2 and 9.3.4.

Hi Peter,

I see the bug is reproduced on 9.3.4 for main app form. I've created new TFS 40134 to fix it, will be provided with further hotfix/release. Workaround - the settings still can be saved via pop-up app form launched from paragraph list. After that edited fields within the sections can be saved in main form successfully as well.

The TFS #40134 Item creator checkboxes do not save state has be resolved in all 9.4+ versions
