Issues after upgrade to 8.7.0.1

Hi,

 

Despite noticing what was reported here http://developer.dynamicweb.com/forum.aspx?ThreadID=43001 we noticed (on a different solution) that:

  • If we create a new product category field, it does not show up immediately on the product
    We edited the group, hit save & close, logged out and only then it showed
  • Despite the described above, the new field did not get saved
    Maybe fixed as part of the other thread, but wanted to be sure 
  • The repository's settings (new index engine) do not load/work
    If I navigate to File Manager / Systems / Repositories, everything is there, but the module does not load them

 

We upgraded from 8.6.1.14.

 

Can somebody reproduce the issue? I can provide a link if necessary.

Hi Nuno

The problem TFS#18533 "Product category values no longer differs across variants but always assume value from main product"  has now been fixed in version 8.7.0.2

It should be the same things - problem with product category values, right?

Hi Nicolai,

 

We got it working. We were also having (Chrome) cache issues in the backend.

 

In 8.7.0.2 it is working perfectly. Thanks,
