Not sure I understand what feature we are talking about.

When you create a new email, you get a list of last sent newsletters and can re-use one of the pages - see below.

Is it something else you are referring to - can you provide screenshots or something?

I think you're screenshot above shows it: when they have created campaigns from old campaigns (which they do a lot), the Page used to auto-populate but now it doesn't anymore (as seen in your screenshot).

Here is some additional information from the customer on steps they were taking:

3. Then I go into the Marketing folder, select Email Marketing, and Campaigns. I then hover over the “Welcome Email Campaign” Folder. I select the “Create new email” field from the drop down

4. Then I select the “Welcome Email- Login Users”

When they got to that point, the Page was auto-selected and they wonder if that funtionality is coming back.

Does that make sense? Any more questions?

Hi Sean

We have not changed anything here in many years.

Now it works like this - when you create new, it will give you a list of previous sent pages - I only have one here. 

Then you click "Use" to select on from the list and then it re-uses that one. I think this was changes because you do not always send the same page - so this was a faster way to choose some template. We do not plan on changing it back....
