Hi guys,
I have seen this type of error in 2 solutions so far (at least 2 solutions I know of) and I cannot identify the issue.
The traffic is legit, with no malicious intent. In both cases, the solutions are accessed by multiple users from the same location. Which obviously is causing an accessing issue for the entire company when the Ip is banned.
The message looks like this:
xx.xx.xx.xxx;2022-01-20T10:26:30;Form BAN: IP post too many times (xx.xx.xx.xxx - 16 submits);
In both cases, it is mentioned 16 times which is kind of strange since this cannot be such a big coincidence. My guess is that the system will stop after the sixteenth attempt.
How do I prevent this from happening while still keeping a safe configuration (I know I can whitelist the IP)?
