Hi

Is it possible to have individual base directories for itemtype fields of type File for different backend users?

Hi

Oh I see that it might be possible using the setting "Define upload folder = For each user" (see screenshot). But how do I set the individual folder for each user?

It is not possible to have different directories for different users on file fields.

The setting you have found is related to upload from users in the frontend - you specify the folder on, tada, the user.

Of course I have looked for the possibility of setting the folder on the user but couldn't find the field. Maybe I can't see the forest because of trees?

When it's not possible to have different directories for different users on file fields, how do you avoid an image folder messed up with images from different editors responsible of different websites in the solution?
