Indexing Query - how can i define query to only show pages poisition somewhere under a specific toplevel page?

I can find PageParentId , but that won´t do, because a page can be on level 3 or 4 for that mather, and I am looking to select only pages under a certain level 1 page.

Can I define this in the query?

It is not possible with the current index.
