Import existing users

Hi there,

I have a CSV file with email addresses from users that already exist in the system. I would like to import those users into a new group so I can target them with email marketing. How can I import those users into the nw group? I tried the Import Users option against a CSV file with two columns (user name and e-mail) but they never shop up in the new group.

Hello Imar,

I think the problem with structure of your CSV.

Try to do next:
1) create csv file with AccessUserEmail field only and existing users emails(see sample AccessUser.csv from attachment).
2) create new folder with name Test
3) import the file using settings like 2015-03-23_1242.png from attachement.

Check all works fine!
