Hide field in receipt (forms for editors) also hiding the field in the primary mail

Maybe more a ascertainment than a question, but I have tried setting uploadfields to be hidden in receipts. Turns out this also hides in the receipient email, and we didnĀ“t want that to happen.

My assumbtion that this is actually the behavior is correct tough?

From code it seems you are right - there is a bug related to this feature.

I've asked QA to verify.

New TFS 55054 has been submitted against the bug, will be fixed on nearest DW hotfix/further release. Thanks for observing.

The problem TFS#55054 "Hide field in receipt (forms for editors) also hiding the field in the primary mail" has now been fixed in Package "Dynamicweb.Forms" version 2.1.0

You are able to find this update in the backend Package update section.

Also the correction are part of the 9.5.3 release
