Forms for editors not working.

Hi, 

We are facing some issues with the forms for editors. The form is not doing anything on submission (not sending emails, receipts, or redirecting to the page that it should go to).

Can someone please advise what may be wrong?

You have not specified a valid SMTP server in MC. Or made a mistake in the template....?

Hi Nicolai,

I have and I just realised that the form is working fine if I do not choose any template within the paragraph Form Module settings on the page. However, if I use the custom form template, it doesn't work. How may I locate which template the form is using by default in order to see what the problem is?

The form is using system templates that are part of the application and not found in your templates directory. They are the same you got before. Attached please find them again.
