Hi,
Are there any official guidelines on what's the use of Files vs Images folder in File Manager? Here's what I learned over the years:
- Files
- Has a specific icon - suggests the preferred folder for user files
- Triggers the Download handler when linking to a file using the rich text editor - also enables statistics
- Images
- Specifically called images so I wonder if image files should be under this folder, despite not triggering the download handler if linked to files from the rich text editor
Apart from this I see no reason to choose one or the other. Is there?
