Exporting products and productgroups from one solution to another

Hi

what is the simplest way for exporting a complete shop from one solution to another? I am thinking about productgroups and products.

You can use Data Integration module to export the entire shop and use it to import on the other solution..

Alternative is to make a copy of the entire database.

We do not have a step by step guide, but the manual can help.
