Experience with Postmark as an email provider?

Does anyone have experience using Postmark as an alternative to Sengdrid/Mandrill SMTP service for both transactional as marketing mails?

Hi Davy

I have not seen it used before, but just had a look at their website.

It seems like a fine service that can be used for SMTP. If you are using marketing emails, our sendgrid implementation can use the sendgrid API - if you use Postmark you will have to use SMTP when sending marketing emails. This is just fine, but if you have tens-of-thousands marketing emails each time, using smtp over an API based solution will take longer time to send out.

We have used Postmark on solutions with the SMTP sending it has.

And it has worked fine for us.
