When collecting mailing statistics for a customer of ours I found out our send provider sendgrid has a high number of errors / not delivered emails on a specific email. When checking in DynamicWeb the mail says it is fully sent to all recipients.
When checking the accounts that have a not delivered notification in sendgrid, they have an exclamation mark in their account. Do you know what causes this and how to solve it? The mail address is not incorrect. Sendgrid says around 1000/half of the email recipients is not delivered so I am guessing those users also have the exclamation mark in their account.
I am now unsure if the mails are actually delivered. Can I find this out and how?
