Error transforming XSLT System.Xml.Xsl.XslTransformException

Hi,

When I copied a live solution to our test server, I got this error "Error transforming XSLT System.Xml.Xsl.XslTransformException" at the place that we use the translate tag f.x.. --@DwLanguages--

But it works fine on the live server.

What did I wrong? Or is there anything missing?

Hi Judy

It seems like the XSLT is trying to load an XML document using a URL that is pointing to the same server. And I think this is timing out because of DNS issue.

Try adding "127.0.0.1 fgpreorder.1stweb-dev.net" to the test servers hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts)

Hi Nicolai,

I have tried to add "# 127.0.0.1 fgpreorder.1stweb-dev.net" to the test server hots file, but I still get the error.

Is there any other reason can cause this error?

The pound symbol (#) is a comment character, so the entire line is ignored. Get rid of the # and try again.
